What to expect when ordering from Tradesetter

Bulk Orders and Multiple Products

If you are ordering more than products at any one time then you can order via email with a valid purchase order and payment.

Deliveries

Upon us receiving all orders online one our team will notify you of delivery date via email.

All deliveries are tracked and signed for.

Our estimated delivery time for all products is no more than 5 working days, some items will take upto 10 days if they are Heavy or oversize.

We aim to deliver most products will be delivered within 5 working days.

Stihl Products

Most large Sthil items are ordered on the same day, please allow an extra 5 days for delivery as some items will be ordered in.

Prices

All prices quoted are exclusive of VAT. 

VAT is applied where product is rateable

Delivery Costs

Free delivery for orders over £75.

Otherwise standard P&P applies.

Standard (2-4 day) Delivery - £6.95 Upto £74.99

Orders under £25 will be subject to full £8.95 charge for standard (2-4 day) delivery.

Returns

All products can be returned within 14 days for a full refund.

Please email refunds@tradesetter.com with your issues and to receive details on where to return and how.

Returned items must be in re-saleable condition in original packaging.

Please allow upto 10 working days for a refund.
